Located within the Stamford Bridge football club complex, Marco is a handsome collaboration between restaurateur Marco Pierre White and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich. Décor is darkly good-looking, with circular leather booths, sultry lighting, gleaming mirrors and crystal-studded pillars, while the self-assured menu is a deft combination of French skill and British flair. Signature dishes include rib-eye of Aberdeen Angus à l'escargot and Bresse pigeon wrapped in foie gras and cabbage leaves. The restaurant offers a special menu on match days.
